✅ No smoking inside the property. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected.
✅ Kindly wipe up spills immediately to prevent stains and damage to surfaces.
✅ Place all used dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle before check-out.
✅ Do not move or rearrange furniture to avoid damage. Trash & Recycling
🚮 All trash must be placed in the green trash bin the night before trash pickup.
♻️ All recyclables must be placed in the recycle bin the night before recycle pickup.
🚫 A double cleaning fee will be charged if there is excessive trash or if trash is not placed outside on time for collection. Linen & Towels
