Villa Divina is a modern five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath waterfront villa on Miami Beach’s Venetian Islands, with 5,500+ square feet of living space, a private dock on Biscayne Bay and room for up to ten guests. Wide-plank oak floors run through the open-concept Boffi kitchen, the living and dining areas and a glass-enclosed bar, and a Savant smart-home system controls lighting, climate and media.
The kitchen has a Sub-Zero fridge, a Wolf gas cooktop, a Miele espresso machine and a large stone island with seating. The living area has a ceiling-mounted movie projector. The primary suite has a king bed, lounge seating, a his-and-hers walk-in closet and a bath with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities and a glass-enclosed rain shower. The other bedrooms have queen beds and ensuite baths.
Outside, a pool with an integrated jacuzzi sits among limestone decking and landscaping, and the summer kitchen has a stainless-steel grill station, sink, fridge, ice maker and flatscreen TV. The rooftop deck looks out over the bay and the Miami skyline, and the private dock gives direct access to the water for boating. South Beach, Sunset Harbour and Downtown Miami are a short drive away.
